Kelan Software Announcement: Some of the shares held by the company's major shareholder Wang Anjing and his concerted action person Kelan Shenghe have been judicially transferred by the Beijing Dongcheng District People's Court due to a contractual dispute. Before the transfer, Wang Anjing held 28.2144 million shares, accounting for 5.90%; Kelan Shenghe held 26.1362 million shares, accounting for 5.46%. After the transfer, Wang Anjing's shareholding quantity and proportion remain unchanged, while Kelan Shenghe's shareholding quantity decreases to 24.6362 million shares, accounting for 5.15%. This transfer will not lead to a change in the company's controlling shareholder and will not have a significant impact on the company's daily operations and decision-making.
