The China Photovoltaic Industry Association announced that the National Development and Reform Commission and the State Administration for Market Regulation have conducted research and drafted the Amendments to the Price Law, and recently opened it for public comments. In order to fully reflect the demands of the photovoltaic industry enterprises, the China Photovoltaic Industry Association is now seeking opinions and suggestions from various units on the Amendments to the Price Law. All relevant units are requested to provide opinions, suggestions, and reasons for modifications to the draft focusing on aspects such as pricing behavior norms, price control mechanisms, price supervision and inspection, legal responsibilities, and other related issues based on the actual situation of the photovoltaic industry.
