Qingdao City releases 31 new measures to support enterprises and promote facilitation of cross-border trade.

According to the website of the People's Government of Shandong Province, the General Office of the Qingdao Municipal Government recently issued the "2025 Qingdao Cross-Border Trade Facilitation Special Action Plan," focusing on strengthening policy supply, promoting smooth logistics, optimizing supervision modes, advancing smart port construction, and implementing 31 specific measures to further optimize the business environment at ports. According to the Action Plan, Qingdao will comprehensively improve customs clearance efficiency and service quality to promote smooth logistics. The Action Plan mentions deepening the coordination of multimodal transport for import and export, promoting new models such as "one-time carriage, one-ticket supervision" in rail and road transport for more cross-border transport routes, expanding new international logistics channels; promoting cooperation between important sea routes such as the "Silk Road Maritime Route" and cross-border land transport routes such as the China-Europe Railway Express and the Western Land-Sea New Corridor, providing diversified options for the transport of import and export goods; accelerating the development of cross-border e-commerce and integrated trade trains, promoting the high-quality development of China-Europe Railway Express; optimizing the "airside direct access" supervision at aviation ports, supporting goods transported via domestic routes and transferred to aviation ports for export via air transport to be directly transferred from domestic zones to international zones on the airside.
