The "Opinions" mention strengthening medium and long-term loan support for the construction of digital infrastructure such as 5G, industrial internet, data, and computing centers, and actively expanding the sources of funds for digital infrastructure construction through financing leases, real estate trust investment funds, asset securitization, and other means.
