The People's Bank of China and six other departments jointly issued the "Guiding Opinions on Financial Support for the New Industrialization." By 2027, the financial system supporting the high-end, intelligent, and green development of the manufacturing industry will be basically mature, with a richer range of products. Various financial instruments such as loans, bonds, equities, and insurance will be more tightly interconnected under the premise of effectively preventing cross-sectoral financial risks, and the adaptability of services will be effectively enhanced. The effective credit demand of manufacturing enterprises will be fully met, the number and scale of manufacturing enterprises issuing bonds will continue to grow, and the level of equity financing will significantly improve.
