According to informed sources, Chongqing Ant Consumer Finance Co., Ltd. completed the pricing of a 3-year, 2 billion yuan financial bond on Monday with a coupon rate of 1.9%. The sources said that the overall subscription multiple was 3.8 times. It is reported that this is the first time the company has issued bonds in the public market, and the above pricing is lower than the average coupon rate of 2.04% for newly issued credit bonds in the domestic bond market in the past week. Ant Group has not commented on this matter.
