The US agricultural giant Andersons (ANDE.US) acquired the entire joint venture for $425 million, doubling down on biofuel ethanol.

According to the app of China Fortune, American agricultural trading company Andersons (ANDE.US) has stated that they have spent approximately $425 million to acquire the remaining shares of their joint venture with American energy giant Marathon Petroleum Corp. According to a statement released on Monday, this transaction includes four biofuel ethanol plants, which doubles Andersons' investment in the biofuel field.
