Sanjia Technology Announcement: The company's cash acquisition of 51% equity of Anhui Zhonghe Semiconductor Technology Co., Ltd. has made progress. The transaction price is 121 million RMB, and the equity change business registration procedures have been completed at the Hefei Market Supervision Administration. Before this transaction, in the equity structure of Zhonghe Semiconductor, Guozhixing Semiconductor held 45.25% equity, Hefei Renzhihe Intelligent Equipment Partnership Enterprise held 13.04% equity, and Jiazhihe Partnership held 11.5% equity. After the transaction is completed, Sanjia Technology will hold 51% equity of Zhonghe Semiconductor, Guozhixing Semiconductor will hold 28.8% equity, Hefei Renzhihe Intelligent Equipment Partnership Enterprise will hold 13.04% equity, and Jiazhihe Partnership will hold 7.16% equity.
