Sanchao New Materials (300554.SZ) the actual controller may change to Liu Jingqi

Chinatown Finance APP News, Sanchao New Materials (300554.SZ) announced that the company's controlling shareholder and actual controller Mr. Zou Yuyao, shareholder of 5% or more Mr. Liu Jianxun signed a "Share Transfer Agreement" with Wuxi Bodahaiyi Technology Co., Ltd. (referred to as "Bodahaiyi") and Wuxi Bodahaiyi New Energy Technology Co., Ltd. (referred to as "Bodahaiyi New Energy") regarding the transfer of shares of Nanjing Sanchao New Materials Co., Ltd. in two stages by agreement. Bodahaiyi agreed to acquire a total of 18.9854 million shares held by Zou Yuyao and Liu Jianxun. On the same day, Zou Yuyao and Liu Jianxun respectively signed a "Voting Rights Waiver Agreement" with Bodahaiyi. After the completion of the first phase of delivery and waiver of voting rights mentioned above, the company's controlling shareholder will be changed to Bodahaiyi, and the actual controller will be changed to Mr. Liu Jingqi. The second phase of share transfer mentioned above will require the parties involved to sign a separate share transfer agreement.
