Ten thousand horses Holdings (06928.HK) is planning to issue new shares at a ratio of "2 shares for every 1 share held", with a maximum net proceeds of approximately HK$395 million.

Zhtng Cijng APP News, Tencent Holdings (06928.HK) announced that the Board of Directors proposes (including) to issue 1 bonus share for every 2 shares held on the record date, at a subscription price of HKD 0.18 per share, to raise approximately HKD 40.5 million (assuming no further issuance or buyback of shares on or before the record date) through a rights issue of up to 225 million shares to eligible shareholders. The rights issue is only available for subscription by eligible shareholders and will not be offered to excluded shareholders.
