The Chicago agricultural futures prices are hovering near recent lows, as overall favorable weather conditions across the United States and market awaiting the weekly crop condition report to be released later on Monday. The price of corn is maintaining above the key psychological level of $4 per bushel, as the largest crop planted in the USA, corn production is expected to reach a record high. Meanwhile, soybean prices have fallen below $10 per bushel, and wheat prices have dropped to a 12-week low before a slight recovery. This is mainly due to ample rainfall boosting production expectations at a time when grain demand remains relatively strong.
