The Zhitong Finance APP reported that China Everbright Holdings (00165) issued an announcement on August 4, 2025. The subscriber, Everbright Absolute Return Fund (an indirect wholly-owned subsidiary of the company), submitted a redemption form to the trustee and fund manager of Guangda Focus Yield Fund. Based on this, the subscriber plans to redeem 1.2637 million I-class US dollar units of the fund, accounting for approximately 50.25% of the total number of I-class units of the fund as of the date of this announcement. The expected redemption will be conducted in 7 batches according to the terms of the fund documents.
