DJI panoramic camera reported to have "foggy lens", Effect founder responds late at night: "Just an isolated case"
Recently, some users have provided feedback that DJI's newly released flagship panoramic camera, Osmo 360, has issues with "lens fogging". A netizen posted on social media, stating that they had used the camera to record in 8K at 50 frames per second for 14-15 minutes, mounted on the front windshield of a car, and then discovered fogging. In response, DJI's official technical support account stated that Osmo 360 undergoes strict fogging tests before leaving the factory, and that if users open the battery compartment in a humid environment to change the battery, it may result in high internal air humidity. Under high-specification shooting conditions, the camera generates heat and encountering cold air may cause condensation to appear on the lens.
