Qingmao Port has exceeded one billion cumulative customs clearances.

The Macao SAR Government Security Police Bureau announced on the 4th that as of 8 am on that day, the total number of passengers passing through the Qingmao Port has exceeded 100 million. The Security Police Bureau stated that the Qingmao Port is an important cross-border passage connecting Guangdong and Macao, and with its efficient and convenient customs clearance process and 24-hour operation advantage, it has become a popular channel supporting the "Pearl River Delta-Macao Twin City Life". Since its opening on September 8, 2021, it has become the second largest port in terms of customs clearance volume in Macao, with the volume of passengers passing through last year accounting for 16.3% of the total number of passengers entering and leaving Macao.
