According to the Enterprise Check App, recently, Ningbo Fengke Jingcheng Electronic Materials Co., Ltd. was established, with Wang Xueze as the legal representative and a registered capital of 10 million yuan. Its business scope includes the manufacturing of electronic special materials, research and development of electronic special materials, manufacturing of electronic components, and manufacturing of semiconductor device special equipment. According to the equity penetration displayed by Enterprise Check, the company is indirectly wholly-owned by Jiangfeng Electronics.
