Zhejiang Hongzhen Intelligent Chip Co., Ltd. was established in November 2019, with Zhu Lidan as the legal representative, registered capital of 10 million RMB, and business scope including the development of integrated circuits, circuit modules, software programs, frequency controllers, and generators. It is jointly owned by Zhejiang Deqing Wah Ha Technology Innovation Center Co., Ltd. and Dong Linxi. According to the records, in June 2025, the company's director was changed from Zong Qinghou to Zhu Lidan, and Zong Fuli was appointed as a director.
