ST Huicheng: The company has been applied for pre-reorganization by creditors.

On the evening of August 3, ST Huicheng announced that recently, the company received a notification letter from the creditor Chongqing Lvfa Asset Management Co., Ltd., stating that the company is unable to repay its debts when they are due and clearly lacks the ability to do so. However, Lvfa Asset believes that the company has value for reorganization. Therefore, Lvfa Asset has submitted an application to Chongqing Fifth Intermediate People's Court for pre-reorganization of the company, excluding its subsidiaries. As of the date of the announcement, the company has not received any court acceptance documents. There is significant uncertainty regarding whether the court will accept Lvfa Asset's application and whether the company will enter into pre-reorganization and reorganization procedures in the future.
