According to the Qichacha App, recently, Suzhou Wujiang Tie Gongchengshi Touzi Fazhan Youxian Gongsi was established, with Wu Zhengdong as the legal representative and a registered capital of 60 million yuan. Its business scope includes construction engineering construction, real estate development and operation, construction engineering design, enterprise management consulting, and financing consulting services. Qichacha's equity penetration shows that the company is jointly held by China Railway Investment and Construction Group Co., Ltd., a subsidiary of China Railway, and Suzhou Wujiang Economic and Technological Development Zone Development Group Co., Ltd.
