According to this agreement, the company agreed to issue bonds in the amount of 3.584 billion yuan to the agent or individuals designated by the agent. The agent individually and not jointly agreed to subscribe for and pay for the bonds, or induce subscribers to subscribe for and pay for the bonds, subject to compliance with various conditions set out in the subscription agreement.
