Hong Kong Sing Tao Daily cited a New World Development report, as of Monday, the second round of sales for Mount Pavilia II has received about 2000 applications for 88 units, oversubscribed by more than 21 times. The residential project sold approximately 93% of the available units on the first day of sales last week.
