According to the latest statistics from the Ministry of Water Resources, due to rainfall and upstream water inflows, there are still 10 rivers in China currently experiencing floods above the warning level, with four of them in the Haihe River basin. Specifically, 9 rivers in provinces such as Beijing, Hebei, Shanxi, Fujian, and Heilongjiang have floods exceeding the warning level, with the Huai River in Hebei experiencing floods above the protection level. In addition, due to rainfall and high temperatures melting snow, the flow of a tributary of the Ili River in Xinjiang has exceeded the warning level.
