In Beijing's Miyun Xiwanzicun village, nearly a hundred villagers collectively moved to a primary school relocation site.
From the afternoon of July 26th to the early morning of July 27th, there was heavy rainfall in the northwest area of Miyun, Beijing, causing flash floods and landslides, affecting several villages. Among them, the village of Xiwanzi in Shicheng Town, near Miyun Reservoir, was severely affected, and the villagers were collectively relocated to nearby resettlement points. Shicheng Town Central Primary School in Miyun District, Beijing, became a temporary resettlement point due to the urgency of the situation. Currently, nearly a hundred villagers from Xiwanzi Village have all been relocated here.
