Affected by the warm and humid airflow on the edge of the subtropical high pressure, the average precipitation in Pinggu District, Beijing was 28.2 millimeters from 11:00 to 18:00 on July 27th. The district successively issued red alerts for heavy rain, geological disasters, and flash floods on the afternoon of the 27th, and activated a level one flood prevention emergency response. According to the Pinggu District, as of 18:00 on the 27th, a total of 1026 households and 2032 people have been evacuated in the district, and all evacuees have been properly resettled.
