Ruixin Micro adjusts the total cash dividend for profit distribution in 2024 to approximately 273 million yuan.

Ruixin Microelectronics announced that due to changes in the total share capital of the company from January 1, 2025 to the date of announcement, the total amount of cash dividends in the profit distribution plan for the fiscal year 2024 needs to be adjusted. The original plan was based on 418,901,601 shares, with a cash dividend of 6.5 yuan for every 10 shares, totaling approximately 272 million yuan; now the total share capital has increased to 420,728,550 shares, maintaining the same distribution ratio per share, and the adjusted total cash dividend amount is 273,473,557.50 yuan. This adjustment has been approved according to the procedures.
