The Zhitong Finance APP News reports that GenimTech (08198.HK) announced on July 25, 2025 that an investor (the company's indirectly wholly-owned subsidiary Digital Chain Innovation Company Limited) has signed a memorandum of understanding with South Pacific on potential investment. According to this, the investor plans to subscribe for new shares of South Pacific, subject to the conditions and restrictions set forth in the share subscription agreement and shareholders' agreement to be entered into between the investor and South Pacific.
