Among them, the land parcel in Chenghua District attracted 10 real estate companies to participate in the bidding, and was ultimately won by Zhonglv Chenghua Real Estate Co., Ltd. with a floor price of 19,100 yuan per square meter, equivalent to a total price of 1.579 billion yuan, with a premium rate of 29%; the land parcel in Wenjiang District attracted 10 real estate companies to participate in the bidding, and was ultimately won by Sichuan Yibin Shugao Real Estate Development Co., Ltd. with a floor price of 5,700 yuan per square meter, equivalent to a total price of 329.6 million yuan, with a premium rate of 14%.
