The equipment is currently in the assembly and testing phase, and has passed multiple process performance tests and endurance tests by the customer in the initial stage, with some indicators reaching international leading levels, significantly advancing the process of breaking the overseas monopoly of domestic high-temperature SPM cleaning equipment. The revenue from this prototype order has not yet been confirmed.
