Jiayun Technology announced that the company plans to transfer 100% equity of its wholly-owned subsidiary Jinyuan Interaction to Cheng'an Gaoke at a transfer price of 10 million yuan. At the same time, Jinyuan Interaction's subsidiary, Colorful Interaction, still owes the company 8 million yuan in loans, and Cheng'an Gaoke is willing to take over the above-mentioned debt. After the completion of this transaction, the company will no longer hold equity in Jinyuan Interaction, and Jinyuan Interaction will no longer be included in the company's consolidated financial statements.
