The Zhitong Finance and Economics APP news, Harbor Enterprise (00051.HK) announced that as of June 30, 2025, the group may have a shareholders' net loss between 230 million Hong Kong dollars and 290 million Hong Kong dollars for the six months ended, while in the same period of 2024, a loss of 8 million Hong Kong dollars was incurred. This is mainly due to the development of property impairment provisions and the revaluation of investment properties.
