China Antibody-B (03681.HK) plans to give a discount of about 16.12% for the issuance of a total of 182 million new shares, raising approximately HK$369 million.

The company entered into 23 subscription agreements with 23 subscribers, under which the company conditionally agreed to issue and the subscribers conditionally agreed to subscribe for a total of 182 million new shares at a subscription price of HK$2.03 per share.
