According to "Light Source Capital", recently, the incubation project of Guangyuan 3i Industrial Innovation Incubator, Xinhan Intelligent, announced the completion of tens of millions of RMB in seed round financing, with Dongyang Guang being the sole strategic investor and Light Source Capital participating in the incubation, and serving as the exclusive financial advisor. The funds from this round of financing will mainly be used for the research and development iteration of gas-liquid phase change liquid cooling technology, and it is expected that by 2025, prototype production, production line construction, and small batch delivery of phase change immersion liquid cooling servers will be achieved.
