Zhtng Cijng APP News, China Reinsurance (01508.HK) announced that due to personal work arrangements, Ms. Jiang Bo tendered her resignation as an independent non-executive director of the company. The Board of Directors has nominated her to resign from the positions of Chairman and Member of the Remuneration Committee, Chairman and Member of the Risk Management Committee, and Member of the Audit Committee. Ms. Jiang Bo's resignation will be effective from the date her resignation letter is delivered to the Board of Directors, starting on July 22, 2025.
