After winning the battle against poverty, the Party Central Committee established a 5-year transition period to consolidate and expand the achievements of poverty alleviation and promote comprehensive rural revitalization. Over the past 5 years, the effectiveness of monitoring and assistance has been further improved, the level of livelihood security has been further improved, and the self-development capability has been further enhanced, firmly preventing the occurrence of large-scale reversion to poverty. Next, the Ministry of Agriculture and Rural Affairs will focus on four aspects to ensure a successful conclusion of the transition period. Deputy Minister of Agriculture and Rural Affairs Mairdan Muge said: Enhancing the effectiveness of monitoring and assistance. Strengthening big data analysis and early warning, smoothing the way for farmers to independently report, simplifying monitoring and identification procedures, and further reducing the burden on grassroots work; Ensuring the stability of industry and employment support; improving the effectiveness of cooperation and assistance; optimizing and improving assistance policies. Cooperate with relevant departments to accelerate the establishment of a sound mechanism in rural areas to prevent relapse into poverty and a layered classification assistance system for low-income populations and underdeveloped areas.
