BYD's own fleet adds "new member" with delivery of "BYD Zhengzhou" (Note: "BYD" stands for "Build Your Dreams," a Chinese automotive manufacturer)

According to China Shipbuilding News, on July 16, Guangzhou International Co., Ltd., a subsidiary of China Shipbuilding Group Co., Ltd., named and delivered the second 7,000-car liquefied natural gas dual-fuel powered car carrier ship built for BYD, called the "BYD Zhengzhou". This type of ship was jointly built by Guangzhou International, with a total of 2 ships, with the first ship named the "BYD Hefei" delivered and put into operation in early January this year. Both of these ships are owned directly by BYD Group, and after being put into operation, they will further enhance the guarantee capacity for the export transportation of domestically produced cars in China.
