Pinggao Electric announced that the company and its subsidiaries, Henan Pingzhigao High Voltage Switch Co., Ltd., Shanghai Pinggao Tianling Switch Co., Ltd., Tianjin Pinggao Intelligent Electric Co., Ltd., Pinggao Group Weihai High Voltage Electrical Co., Ltd., Henan Pinggao General Electric Co., Ltd., and joint venture company Pinggao Toshiba Surge Arrester Co., Ltd., have successfully won the bid for the 43rd batch of procurement by State Grid Corporation of China in 2025, the first open tender for the stock of distribution network materials by State Grid Henan Province Power Company in 2025, and the 44th batch of procurement projects by State Grid Corporation of China in 2025, with a total winning amount of approximately 1.45 billion yuan, accounting for 11.69% of the company's operating income in 2024. After the project is signed, it will have a positive impact on the company's future business development.
