Minister of Commerce Wang Wentao stated at the "High-quality Completion of the 14th Five-Year Plan" series theme press conference held by the State Council Information Office on July 18 that since the 14th Five-Year Plan, China's international cooperation in production and supply chains has been steadily advancing. The annual growth rate of outbound investment exceeds 5%, and the total volume ranks among the top three in the world. Overall, the scale of foreign contracted projects has remained stable and even increased. China has also signed multiple memorandums of cooperation in production and supply chains with countries participating in the Belt and Road Initiative.
