Reporters learned from the Institute of High Energy Physics, Chinese Academy of Sciences, that recently, the first phase of the Ali Primordial Gravitational Wave Detection Experiment led by the institute was completed on a mountain ridge at an altitude of 5250 meters in the Ali region of Tibet, and first light observation was achieved. This is the first time that China has conducted a primordial gravitational wave detection experiment. The experiment successfully obtained clear images in the 150GHz frequency band of radiation from the Moon and Jupiter, marking a crucial step for China in the field of primordial gravitational wave detection experiments.
