The number of people entering and leaving the border at Mengla Port between China and Myanmar has risen, exceeding 1 million people.

The Mengkang border checkpoint substation statistics show that from January 1st to July 13th this year, the number of people entering and exiting the station has exceeded 1 million. The time point for the number of people crossing the checkpoint to exceed 1 million in 2024 is November 1st.
