Fancy Year Holdings: The final deadline for the extension of the support agreement for overseas debt restructuring is extended to July 18th.

On the evening of July 11, Huayuan Holdings announced on the Hong Kong Stock Exchange that the final deadline of the overseas debt restructuring support agreement signed on April 29, 2024 has been further extended to July 18, 2025 based on the terms included.
