According to the Qichacha APP, recently, Shandong Sany Engineering Machinery Co., Ltd. was established, with Wang Wei as the legal representative and registered capital of 10 million yuan. The business scope includes: sales of machinery and equipment; sales of construction machinery; software sales; second-hand car brokerage; car sales; battery sales, etc. The equity penetration of Qichacha shows that the company is indirectly wholly owned by Sany Heavy Industry.
