British Petroleum Company will sell Dutch retail sites and Pulse business to Catom.

A statement shows that BP will sell its approximately 300 retail sites in the Netherlands, 15 electric vehicle charging centers, and related fleet businesses to Catom. The transaction is expected to be completed by the end of 2025.
