Inner Mongolia Huadian: plans to acquire a 70% stake in Zhenglanqi Wind Power and a 75.51% stake in Northern Duolun.

Inner Mongolia Huadian announced on the evening of July 9th that it plans to purchase 70% equity of Zhenglanqi Wind Power held by North Company and 75.51% equity of Northern Doron through a combination of issuing shares and paying cash, and to issue shares to raise funds from up to 35 specific investors. The transaction price is 5.717 billion yuan.
