Wind data shows that on July 5th, a total of 8 A-share companies released announcements related to private placements. Among them, 2 companies disclosed their plans for a private placement of shares, 4 companies had their private placement plans approved by shareholders' meetings, 1 company had their private placement plan approved by the stock exchange, and 1 company's private placement plan has been completed. According to the latest disclosures on that day, Huidetech and Shaoneng Stock are planning to raise not more than 5.8 billion yuan and 4.0 billion yuan through private placements, respectively. As for the completed private placements disclosed that day, Guangxin Materials raised a total of 1.43 billion yuan. So far this year, 72 companies have announced the completion of their private placement plans, with 34 of them raising over 10 billion yuan.
