Modern Animal Husbandry (01117) plans to issue $350 million sustainable development bonds maturing in 2030.

Zhtng Cijng APP news, Modern Dairy (01117) announced that on July 2, 2025, the company entered into a subscription agreement with the joint global coordinators, joint lead managers and joint bookrunners for the issuance of $350 million USD sustainable development bonds with an annual interest rate of 4.875% due in 2030.
