Yite Investment Holdings (06182.HK): Feng Bimei appointed as a member of the Nomination Committee of the Board of Directors.

ChiLink Finance APP News, Yide Investment Holdings (06182.HK) announced that, in accordance with the new provisions of Clause B.3.5 of the Governance Guidelines under Appendix C1 of the Listing Rules (to be effective from July 1, 2025), the Board of Directors announced that Director Ms. Feng Bimei has been appointed as a member of the Nomination Committee (Nomination Committee), effective from June 25, 2025. After the above appointment, the Nomination Committee consists of five members, namely Mr. Lu Yongchang (Chairman), Ms. Feng Bimei, Mr. Shu Huadong, Mr. Tan Weide, and Mr. Tan Yongle.
