Zhongyuan Environmental Protection announced that its wholly-owned subsidiary, Zhengzhou Sewage Purification Co., Ltd., signed a recycled water supply contract with Zhengzhou Waterworks Group Limited, at a price of 0.83 yuan per ton, with a daily supply not exceeding 300,000 tons. The contract is for a period of 2 years, with the settlement amount based on the actual supply days and volume. Waterworks Group is a wholly-owned subsidiary and related party of Zhongyuan Environmental Protection. In 2024, Waterworks Group achieved total operating income of 2.412 billion yuan, net profit of 54.7639 million yuan, total assets of 22.333 billion yuan, and net assets of 11.289 billion yuan.
