According to statistics from the Guangdong Branch of the General Administration of Customs, in the first 5 months of this year, the total import and export value of the 9 mainland cities in the Greater Bay Area reached 3.61 trillion yuan, an increase of 4.4%, which is 1.9 percentage points higher than the national average growth rate. This accounts for 20.1% of the total import and export value of the country. Of this, exports totaled 2.29 trillion yuan, a growth of 1.1%; imports totaled 1.32 trillion yuan, a growth of 10.7%.
