Jiangsu Leli: Plans to issue convertible bonds to raise no more than 1.286 billion yuan.

Jiangsu Lely announced on the evening of June 24th that it plans to issue convertible corporate bonds to raise a total of no more than 1.286 billion yuan for the construction of projects including intelligent perception laser radar and vehicle thermal management micro-motor, laser equipment oscillating mirror system production; automotive micro-motor and component production base and laboratory construction project; overseas production base construction project; smart factory upgrade project; robot control component research and development center construction project; and supplementing working capital.
