The subsidiary has a registered capital of 383.4 billion Vietnamese dong and is located in Yen Bai Province, Vietnam, in the Yen Bai Industrial Zone, Xingxi Soc, Huongyen. The cancellation is based on the consideration that the subsidiary is currently not engaged in any actual operational business, and is beneficial for reducing management and operating costs, optimizing organizational structure, and improving management and operational efficiency.
