According to the Hunan Provincial Department of Water Resources, due to the continued rainfall, the inflow of the Wuhangxi Reservoir in Yuanjiang exceeded 20,000 cubic meters per second at 11:00 on June 21, reaching the standard for flood number. In accordance with the "Hunan Province Major Rivers and Lakes Flood Numbering Regulations", the "Yuanjiang 2025 No. 1 flood" has occurred.
